well dats a crossflow head & teh ABA valves are different. :wink:

Now inform us? I heard that the 2L head has the long oval intake ports, don't know about the valves. Same head that digifant uses, just with the mp9 fuel system. The 1.6 and 1.8 mp9 heads are exactly the same though, with the 40mm valves for intake, and they have the teardrop shaped intake ports. Can anyone confirm this?

yip,but the oil journals/channels needs to be modified.Somewhere on teh forum ders a post regarding this.

LOL ... same difference buddy ... and it's not that bad really. I'm worried about the 2E + 20v head clearance to the bonnet, when dropping it in a mk1. there was already very little space on a shortblock + 20V (no.1 reason for taking it out again)... so I'm thinking some kind of mod is gonna hav to be done ... :(
