ja like astru dubz said check the dog gear the one that pushes the releas bearing on to the rod that ingages the presure plate is not craked and remove the rod and measure that it is 341mm for 5 speed and 312mm for 4 speed.

To remove

now remove the clip that holds the dog bone in place

And pull clutch ingage arm to the side or hit lightly with hamer and catch the dog bone from fauling into gearbox and see how springs is situated pleas,reaseble in revers order

Check that wear releasbearing slides in is not cracked or worn or els you need a compleet 5 gear cover,hapens often
Probably why clutch is stuck
